You can cancel your order and get a refund or cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. You can do so by contacting support or by logging into your account and managing your subscription.

Yes. All packs are case fresh pulled right off a pallet from our monthly allotment direct from the manufacturer. No pack is searched, dead, weighed, mapped or otherwise tampered with in any way. Box toppers, promo cards and ETB box contents are thrown into customer packages at random.

Keep in mind, we do not sell singles, so searching packs is not only theft and a very bad business practice but would serve us no purpose.

No. If it's after the 15th and you place an order, you will not be billed again until the following billing cycle. We do not bill customers who have an order in queue and have not yet received there first order!

Unless you are a deployed member of the U.S. Armed Forces, we do not ship or conduct business internationally. We do expect to begin shipping to Canada, the UK and select countries within the EU by 2026. Please join our mailing list to stay updated.
