Billing occurs on the 1st of every month. If you ordered after our cut off date, you won't be billed again until the following 1st of the month.

You can skip a billing cycle on your account under "manage subscriptions."

Login to your Booster Crate account. Select 'manage subscriptions.' On the 'Product' table under 'Actions' select 'Swap.' Select the new crate you wish to receive. Then use the drop-down menu to select your price tier and click the 'Swap Product' button. Navigate back to 'manage subscriptions,' to ensure the change was made.

You can also reach out to a support specialist, and we can make the necessary changes to your account on your behalf.

In the event that your card was initially declined, and a second attempt (successful or unsuccesful) is made at checkout, this has the potential to create multiple "pending" transactions on your bank app.

Only a succesful transaction will go through and any pending charges typically fall off within 48 hours. Despite the pending charge, no funds have left your account and will not incur an overdraft fee.

Generally speaking there are a few reasons for this, either you ordered after the 5th and won't be billed until the following month or your card was declined.
