At Booster Crate, we keep the structure predictable so you always know when you’re charged, when your order locks in, and when it ships. No guesswork. No surprises.

The Monthly Timeline
Every month follows the same rhythm.
Billing: The 1st of Every Month
All active subscriptions are charged on the 1st.
This secures your spot for that month’s crate and allows us to finalize sourcing and allocation across all tiers.
Order Cutoff: The 10th
If you subscribe after the 1st but before the 10th, you’re included in the current month’s shipment.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your first crate will ship the following month.
We use this cutoff so new subscribers are not billed and built two months too close together. The spacing protects your experience. It keeps your first and second crates from landing back to back and makes the subscription feel intentional, not rushed.
Shipping: By the 15th
Crates are shipped by the 15th of the month.
Once your order goes out, you receive tracking information. From there, transit time depends on your location.

Can You Skip or Cancel?
Yes.
You can manage your subscription through your account portal. If you plan to skip a month, make changes before the 1st so you are not billed for the upcoming cycle.
