BOOSTER CRATE FEBRUARY GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Booster Crate LLC, located in Washington State ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Booster Crate LLC are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST ("Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter in the following ways during the Promotion Period:

Automatic Entry (Subscription Entry)

Individuals with an active Booster Crate subscription during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry.

Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning compared to the free method of entry.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To receive entries without subscribing or making a purchase:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Age

  • State of residence

Each valid AMOE email provides five (5) entries.
Limit one AMOE email per person per day during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) consecutive months of a Booster Crate subscription at no cost, fulfilled according to Sponsor’s standard subscription schedule, product availability, and operational requirements.

Prize applies only to eligible in-stock Booster Crate subscription tiers as determined by Sponsor and expressly excludes the Arcane Collector Crate.

The specific subscription tier awarded will be determined by Sponsor based on availability at the time of fulfillment. The prize does not include upgrades to higher-tier or premium subscription products. Changes to an entrant’s subscription tier made for the purpose of increasing prize value will not alter the prize awarded.

If the selected winner is currently subscribed to the Arcane Collector Crate, the winner will instead receive their choice of one (1) of the following eligible subscription options for the prize period:

  • Arcane Crate

  • Yu-Gi-Oh! Crate

  • Lorcana Crate

Prize fulfillment will follow Sponsor’s normal subscription billing and shipping cycle. Free months will be applied to future fulfillment periods and will not be issued retroactively or outside the standard shipment schedule.

Winner must maintain an active Booster Crate account in good standing to receive fulfillment of prize shipments. Sponsor reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel fulfillment if fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refund disputes, or violations of Sponsor policies are suspected.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): varies depending on subscription tier and market pricing.

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with an item or subscription of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or operational considerations.

Promotional subscription months awarded as part of this giveaway have no cash value, are not refundable or exchangeable, and do not create entitlement to refunds, credits, or chargebacks related to prior or future subscription payments. Any chargeback or payment dispute associated with an entrant’s Booster Crate account may result in disqualification or forfeiture of prize fulfillment at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about  March 1, 2026.

The winner will be notified via email using the address associated with the entry.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If no response is received within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including both automatic and AMOE entries.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Booster Crate LLC from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
