1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Booster Crate LLC, located in Washington State (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Booster Crate LLC are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter in the following ways during the Promotion Period:

Automatic Entries

1 Entry: Anyone subscribed to the Booster Crate email list during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry.

5 Additional Entries: Anyone who unpauses, resubscribes, or purchases a Booster Crate subscription during the Promotion Period receives five (5) additional entries.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To receive entries without unpausing, resubscribing, or purchasing, send an email to:

Include:

Age

State of residence

Each valid AMOE email provides five (5) entries.
Limit one AMOE email per person per day during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) booster box of their choice from the following options:

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 10, 2025.

The winner will be notified via email using the address associated with the entry.
The winner must respond within 48 hours.
If no response is received within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received, including both paid and AMOE entries.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

10. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Booster Crate LLC from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
