1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Booster Crate LLC, located in Washington State ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Booster Crate LLC are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST ("Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter in the following ways during the Promotion Period:

Automatic Entry

  • Anyone subscribed to the Booster Crate email list during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry.

Bonus Entries

  • Anyone who subscribes during the Promotion Period receives five (5) additional entries.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Include:

  • Full name

  • Age

  • State of residence

Each valid AMOE email provides five (5) entries.
Limit one AMOE email per person per day during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about February 1, 2026.

The winner will be notified via email using the address associated with the entry.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If no response is received within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including both automatic and AMOE entries.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

10. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Booster Crate LLC from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
